My therapeutic approach is a psychodynamically influenced, strength-based integrative model, which allows for a flexible and comprehensive understanding of each client's unique experiences and needs.

I am dedicated to helping individuals embark on a journey of self-discovery, fostering a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships with others. I offer a supportive space for navigating significant life transitions, whether they involve career changes, relational shifts, or personal growth milestones.
A key aspect of my work involves assisting clients in processing identity issues across a broad spectrum of identities and managing the complexities associated with acculturation processes.
My specialization includes working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, such as people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrants, recognizing the unique challenges and strengths these experiences bring.
I also possess expertise in addressing common mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma, providing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's specific needs. My goal is to empower clients to build resilience, cultivate well-being, and lead more fulfilling lives.
I am passionate about working with couples and am an active member of both The International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT) and the New York Center for Emotionally Focused Therapy (NYCEFT). I continuously attend training and workshops to advance my knowledge and expertise in this area.

A central focus of my private practice is working with college and graduate students. I co-edited a publication with my esteemed colleague, Dr. Zach Kahn, on the topic of emerging adults in therapy. This resource features contributions from prominent experts and explores the unique challenges and opportunities of this developmental stage.
